How we work.
Every service starts with a full assessment. If we find additional issues once the bike is apart — worn pivots, damaged bearings — we stop, contact you, and confirm before proceeding. You know exactly what's being done and why before we touch anything.
OUR SERVICES.
TUNE-UPS & REPAIRS
Basic Tune-Up ⭑
Brake adjustment, drivetrain tuning, safety check, and lubrication. Your bike back to spec and ready to ride.
Recommended: As needed
COMPLETE Tune-Up ⭑⭑
Full drivetrain service, brake bleed, wheel true, and cable replacement. A full reset for bikes that have been working hard.
Recommended: Once per season
Complete Overhaul ⭑⭑⭑
Full disassembly, deep clean, bearing service, and reassembly. For bikes that need a ground-up refresh before the season.
Recommended: Every two seasons
SUSPENSION
Fork Service — Basic ⭑
Lower leg service, seals replaced, fresh oil. Recommended at 50-hour intervals or once a season for regular riders.
Recommended: 50-hour intervals or once per season for regular riders
Fork Service — Rebuild ⭑⭑
Complete damper rebuild, all seals replaced, fresh oil throughout. The full reset your fork needs at 200 hours.
Recommended: Full reset at 200 hours
Shock Service — Basic ⭑
Seals and oil service at the 50-hour mark. Keeps your rear end performing between full rebuilds.
Recommended: Once per season or 50 hours for regular riders
Shock Service — Rebuild ⭑⭑
Complete damper rebuild with all seals replaced. Restores full performance at the 200-hour interval.
Recommended: Full reset at 200 hours
OTHER
DROPPER POST Service
Internal service and seal replacement. Restores smooth action, consistent return, and reliable performance.
Recommended: Once per season or whenever your post becomes slow, sticky, or develops excessive play.
BIKE ADJUSTMENT
Diagnose and fix common issues like poor shifting, brake rub, drivetrain noise, loose bearings, and other ride quality problems.
Recommended: Anytime your bike isn't riding like it should.
BIKE ASSEMBLY
Professional assembly and safety inspection for new bikes purchased online or shipped directly the shop. Includes torque check, brake setup, shifting adjustment, and test ride.
Recommended: Every new bike before its first ride.
THE PRoCESS.
1. SCHEDULE
Schedule your appointment online. Drop-off available with 1-3 day turnaround on most jobs. We’ll confirm the scope before you leave the bike.
2. Assess
We inspect your bike thoroughly before any work starts. If we find issues beyond the original scope we contact you first. No surprises on the invoice.
3. Ride
Pickup your bike. Every job is test-checked before you leave. The difference is immediate.
